The Daily Freeman: Oncology Support with Heart

Paul Widerman of Accord, the inventor of SmartBells, leads a fitness class with the Oncology Support Group in Kingston, N.Y. Thursday afternoon with his new Heart fitness tool. The tool, in the shape of a heart, is used for connecting with oneself, a partner or group and is in the process of being developed with the Hudson Valley Advanced Manufacturing Center at SUNY New Paltz. The group, which meets every Thursday from 9:30-10:30 at the HealthAlliance Admissions Building on Mary's Ave in Kingston is open to the public. Classes are $8.
